Audience Services / Bag Check
There are two Audience Services booths at the festival: one at the Main Gate box office and another on the grounds by the Snowberry Field Stage. This is where you can purchase the festival program book, check if there are any changes to performance schedules. Volunteers are always happy to answer your questions or point you in the right direction! A complimentary bag check service is available at the Snowberry Field Stage location.
Lost and Found
Found articles should be handed over to a safety volunteer or taken to Safety Headquarters at the Main Gate where items are held. After the festival, call 204-231-0096 for inquiries about lost items.
The Corner Store is Festival Central! Located next to the Big Rock Tavern, The Corner Store sells Main Stage artist CD’s, festival merchandise, and has information about our Site Redevelopment Plan. Picnic tables and shade make it a great place to stop and hang out. While you’re at The Corner Store, buy a raffle ticket or two for a chance to win some great festival prizes.
The Music Store Tent is home to the Winnipeg Folk Festival Music Store (every kind of music you could possibly hear at the Winnipeg Folk Festival – plus classics, and a few kinds of music you may never have heard of before!), plus: music accessories and books, Winnipeg Folk Festival souvenirs, CDs, t-shirts and other festival performer merchandise.
