Winnipeg Folk Festival Welcomes Little Brown Jug

We are so excited to announce our new partnership with Little Brown Jug for the 2022 Winnipeg Folk Festival! When all you wonderful folkies return to Birds Hill Park this summer, you’ll be able to enjoy Little Brown Jug products on tap at all festival taverns including the newly named “Little Brown Jug Tavern” in the Festival Village. We can’t wait to cheers in celebration!

Moving out of this pandemic, seeking those perfect relationships to lift up local businesses is important to us, especially as you, our folkies, volunteers, donors and sponsors have supported us over the past two challenging years. Both Winnipeg Folk Fest and Little Brown Jug want to thank Manitobans for making this partnership happen.

“This is all possible because of the incredible support for our products by the people in this community. It’s that foundation that allowed us to grow to the point that we’re able to invest in an event the size of Winnipeg Folk Festival, one of the biggest in the province. A dream come true.” said Kevin Selch, Founder of Little Brown Jug.

“We’re very excited to work with the established and celebrated Little Brown Jug Brewing Co. in our taverns this summer as our values are so closely aligned with theirs,” said Lynne Skromeda, Executive Director of Winnipeg Folk Festival. “We want to support a local brewery and know through our surveys that our audience does, too – so we’re glad to make it happen.”

We are thrilled to see this partnership come to life on site this summer with Little Brown Jug products on tap at all festival taverns including the newly named “Little Brown Jug Tavern” in the Festival Village.
